This model features a large round at all events and durable link bracelet, both crafted from high performance stainless steel with brushed and perfect finishes. Beneath a virtually scratch-proof sapphire crystal, the white dial sports incisive rose gold hands and markers, a luminous sweep seconds hand and seconds indexes, and a fixture display at the three o'clock position. A see-through caseback allows a view of the self-winding Swiss robot movement, which is enhanced by Omega's co-axial escapement, a technology that provides high precision and secure accuracy over long periods of use. Nonpareil Time Keeper
The Omega Aqua Terra with the 2500 Co-Axial Wing is an excellent timekeeper as its Chronometer rating demands out of a timepiece as this. In three weeks ownership with fixture wear, I have been monitoring the accuracy on a daily basis, and so far I have been getting approximately 2+/- seconds per day which is outrageously precise for a mechanical watch. And, the watch is a beauty, its gold hands and markers on a oyster-white slightly iridescent dial contrasts beautifully.
When I received my Aqua Terra it was packed in the usual Omega whey-faced box, within contained the typical red leather display box, but I was absolutely pleased what the latter contained. A Pristine satin polished metal bracelet watch that sparkled with quality. I really was torn between the Gold and Filthy Hands & Markers. But I am so glad I chose the Gold! The Gold markers and hands add that press of class that all can relate to. This is one classic looking, solid timepiece of high quality assemble that I say BUY! Get it before the price rises, which will be soon. I know it's still a grey market watch, but Amazon leaves the serial numbers undefiled. A True Swiss Chronometer!
On a more technical description, the Caliber 2500 Co-Axial Signal is an Omega in-house production that has a COSC rated movement with 44 hour power keep that utilizes a free sprung balance without index which maintains isochronism over a longer days of time. The Co-Axial escapement can also go 10 years without maintenance, however it is in my opinion that the watch me serviced within a 5 year interval as other parts are dependant on proper lubrication. Also, if your watch is frequently used in or near be unfeasible, you should have it pressure tested for a possible compromise in the seals once a year. Always check to make solid the crown is screwed-in securely if winding is required to ensure a tight water seal.

Only 3 percent of watches produced in Switzerland are "chronometer-certified." To achieve this highly coveted verification, the movements are subjected to numerous tests over a period of 15 consecutive days and nights, in five positions and at three dissimilar temperatures.

Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra Watch
The timepiece came with all the cards including a pictogarm card, a warranty card, a chronometer license card and a manual.
This watch has been keeping great time and it is loosing less than 1 second per day. Its blues and indexes look accomplished. Some people said it shows 2 different colors, but in my opinion it represents at least 4 kinds of redden based upon the angle.
I am very satisfied with its quality and look.
I bought it through Amazon when they were doing championing with Amazon Store card offering six month credit.
I opine that this watch should be in your crave list if you are looking for a high-end watch at around $3,000 price range.

Omega Aqua Terra
The gaze at is even better than shown on the picture.
It really changes the color as the other fellow says on his evaluation. The weight and size are compatible and it has a nice cost benefit relation.

Tasteful
I got this about two months ago and have been in unconstrained love with it. I have big wrists and like heavier watches so this one fits me well. The color of the dial in actuality changes, depending on sunlight conditions: from blue to black. However, either color looks faithful. I would recommend also get an official Omega cleaning cloth to polish it once in a while. (The cloth probably expenditure about $10)

Wonderful and meticulous!
I have had this timepiece now for five years. I have it professionally tested and serviced every three years. Works splendidly. Looks as good as the day I purchased it. Worn every day. This is a proper watch, not encumbered with pomp or circumstance. Its a very unembellished and keeps good time, perhaps gaining a second a month. I will never part with it. Its's not the most expensive Omega by far but I think its the superior for a high quality watch that has to be worn day in and day out. This is the type of watch for a man who just wants importance without overt presentation. Superb! Buy one you will not regret it....ever!

Owing dress watch
This Omega is a remarkably tidy timepeice. It's on the large side, but not too heavy. The combination of the stainless bracelet with the black face garners distinction without being overly flashy. Most importantly, this is the most accurate automatic I have owned, and seems to gain or lose less than one twinkling per month. This watch is highly recommended.

How do I replace the crown stem of my watch?

I own an Omega Aqua Terra, and I am very anal and recollect a pretty good amount about watches. Well, I took the coaxial movement out to shift some lint from the dial, once I but it back in everything was in it's place crown stem and all. Then I realized that the potentate stem did not work correctly. It turns but does not turn the assignation or time. Can ANYBODY help me!
You can't the look after has too be taken completely apart in order too repair the stem. If you try to do it you are prospering too destroy the watch.
